• PHASE 2 - Phase II began in February 2006 and was completed in April 2007. During this time WOW received Right of Entry from the City; successfully removed Center Point utility poles from the center of the Roundabout; constructed four neighborhood identity walls and one special WOW Roundabout “Donor Wall”; added riparian features such as dry river beds, stepping stones and boulders for landscape interest; installed all irrigation for trees, lighting for trees, paths and neighborhood walls; installed park benches and trash receptacles; installed power and water supply to native garden areas for future planting. In addition, all necessary electrical preparation for the sculptures was installed.
