With the assistance of the Cultural Arts Council of Houston and Harris County in 2003, local artist Tim Glover was selected among many, many artists from around the state who submitted their proposal in response to a Call for Entries. Glover comes to WOW with an extensive background in both public and private works. Glover's resume, exhibit and project list can be found at his website, gloverart.com.
Work on Glover's Light Garden commenced in the Summer 2011 and is expected to be complete by the end of 2011. A very special unveiling and celebration event will be announced for January 2012!
